The hut is owned by an SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) and run by a group of trustees drawn from the membership of the British Mountaineering Council and Mountaineering Scotland (national representative organizations for climbers, hill walkers, mountaineers and ski tourers).
